I am a healer and movement facilitator with over 25 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, having competitive gymnastics and professional acrobatics as my foundation. Yoga and wellness became the graceful bridge between movement and healing; creating a constant evolving journey of opening the energy channels and centers for healing both within myself and for others. Balancing and connecting my mind, body, and spirit have been the true essence in guiding me to discover my full potential, my calling, my mission with overflowing abundance, endless, infinite, love, and light. You too can reach this place with your own unique recipe for success and healing with all this site has to offer. My personal message through teaching yoga is “letting go” all that which no longer serves and “surrendering” to trust that inner voice we call intuition or our higher power. I am a self-taught photographer📷 with a lifetime of experience in taking photos! I got my first polaroid camera when I was 6 years old and I was hooked! Being able to create magic out of thin air was so impressive for me! My pursuit for photography became a natural archive of my life! Grateful for my family in always taking annual family vacations so I could capture the beauty of nature in far away places during a natural rhythm break from life where I could really relax into the peace of the moment, feeling the love from spirit♾ guiding me.
Living on Maui🌈 for 4 years during the pandemic I found solace in nature and peace in the smallest of moments; capturing the pristine beauty of the Hawaiian Islands and Aloha🌴 Spirit!
